How to Withdraw

Open the application and log in to your account, enter the "Wallet" interface, click "withdraw" on the top right.
In the pop-up window, select your preferred withdrawal method.
Note: Before selecting, please confirm the currency type of your account. If needed, please "convert" the corresponding currency before withdrawing.
fiat withdrawl: Enter the withdrawal interface, select the withdrawal amount, currency type, and transaction method, then click "confirm" to complete the withdrawal.

crypto withdrawl: select the receiving address and token quantity, then click "confirm" to complete the withdrawal.Provide Withdrawal Details.

Enter the Receiving Address: Tap on the drop-down menu under Receiving Account. You need to paste the external USDT wallet address where you want to send your funds. CRITICAL: Make sure this address is correct and belongs to a wallet you control.
Enter the Quantity: In the Quantity field, type the amount of Token you wish to withdraw.
Click Withdraw: After you have entered the correct receiving address and a valid quantity, the green Withdraw button at the bottom of the screen will become active. Tap it to submit your request.

How to create a wallet address book.

To withdraw your funds, and add a destination address to your whitelist. Follow these steps:

Open the application and log in to your account, enter the "Wallet" interface, click "withdraw" on the top right.
Select "crypto withdrawl": Enter the withdrawal interface.
Click “Get New Address” to Open Address Management.
You may need to click the "+" icon or select the "Address Management" link to proceed with adding a new address.
Enter Address Information: Click the + button in the top right corner to display the "Add Withdraw Address" form:

Label: Provide a name for the wallet (e.g., "My Wallet").
Token: Make sure this is set to USDT (if applicable).
Address: Carefully paste your destination wallet address.
Network: Choose the appropriate blockchain network (e.g., TRC20, ERC20). It’s crucial to verify that the network aligns with your destination wallet to prevent any loss of funds.
Save Changes: Click box "Add to whitelist and skip next verification" and the green Save button to complete the addition of the address.
