How to Withdraw – Spikex Support

1. Log in to the Spikex app, Start on the main dashboard. Look at the bottom navigation bar and tap on the Funds icon (the wallet symbol) to go to your assets.

2. Once you are on the Overview screen (under the Funds tab), tap the black Withdraw button. This will open the withdrawal screen.

3. Provide Withdrawal Details.

Enter the Receiving Address: Tap on the drop-down menu under Receiving Account. You need to paste the external USDT wallet address where you want to send your funds. CRITICAL: Make sure this address is correct and belongs to a wallet you control.
Enter the Quantity: In the Quantity field, type the amount of Token you wish to withdraw.
Click Withdraw: After you have entered the correct receiving address and a valid quantity, the green Withdraw button at the bottom of the screen will become active. Tap it to submit your request.

How to create a wallet address book.

To withdraw your funds, and add a destination address to your whitelist. Follow these steps:

Adding a Withdrawal Address:

Once you are on the Overview screen (under the Funds tab), tap the black Withdraw button. This will open the withdrawal screen.

Click “Get New Address” to Open Address Management: You may need to click the + icon or select the "Address Management" link to proceed with adding a new address.

Enter Address Information: Click the + button in the top right corner to display the "Add Withdraw Address" form:

– Label: Provide a name for the wallet (e.g., "My Wallet").

– Token: Make sure this is set to USDT (if applicable).

– Address: Carefully paste your destination wallet address.

– Network: Choose the appropriate blockchain network (e.g., TRC20, ERC20). It’s crucial to verify that the network aligns with your destination wallet to prevent any loss of funds.

– Save Changes: Click box "Add to whitelist and skip next verification" and the green Save button to complete the addition of the address.
