Identity Verification Guide Web

To ensure the safety of your assets and comply with regulations, Spikex requires all users to complete KYC verification. KYC is mandatory for cryptocurrency trading. Once verified, names and ID numbers cannot be modified, so please fill in the details carefully.

1. Log in to your account on  https://www.spikex.com and go to "User Center" from the top right corner.

2. In the User center section, click "Identity Verification".

3. In Identity Verification click "Verify Now".

4. Select certificate type, Enter real name, then certificate numbers. Upload the front and back of your ID, Upload authentication video, then click “Submit". Once approved, the verification process will be completed.

Tips:
Please record a video with your phone or camera device and read out the following numbers show in the video, Upload via mobile app or web after recording,Video supports formats of MP4, OGG, WEBM，3GP as well as MOV and must be limited to 50MB

1. Log in to the Spikex app and tap the menu in the top left corner to access your profile.

2. In the User center section, click "Identity Verification".

3. In Identity Verification click "Verify Now".

4. Select certificate type, Enter real name, then certificate numbers. Upload the front and back of your ID, Upload authentication video, then click “Submit". Once approved, the verification process will be completed
