1. How long does KYC identity verification take?

Your submitted information is typically reviewed within 48 hours. However, special circumstances may require additional time.

2. Is real-name verification linked to withdrawals, deposits, and trading?

Deposits, withdrawals, and trading are unaffected by real-name verification. Passing real-name verification and upgrading your VIP level increases your daily withdrawal limit.

3. Why does it show I already have a verified account?

If you see duplicate real-name information, it's because we only allow one verified personal account per user. Please continue using your existing verified account.

4. Real-name verification failed?

If your ID number or name doesn't match, it's usually due to failed third-party verification.

Check for these scenarios:

(1) You've relocated your household registration, and the system hasn't updated the new information yet;

(2) Active military personnel, whose information is not stored in the system;

(3) Recently discharged military personnel, whose new household registration and ID have not been updated in the system;

(4) College students who have just enrolled or graduated, whose relocated household information has not been updated;

(5) Expired IDs that have not been renewed, or newly issued IDs whose database records have not been updated;

(6) Inaccurate ID information.
