Commission rebates and rebate rates

1. Users who register through your invitation code are called “direct clients.” These individuals are your “sub-agents.” You receive a portion of the transaction fees they generate from spot and futures trading. This portion is called a “commission rebate,” and its percentage is called the “rebate rate.”

2. If your direct client A activates “sub-agent” status and invites B using their own invitation code, A's rebate percentage becomes your “Level 1 Agent Rebate Percentage.” You earn a portion of both A's and B's transaction fees according to the following structure:

Assuming your rebate rate is 60% and your Level 1 Agent rebate rate is 40%, you receive 20% of B's fees (60 minus 40) plus 40% of A's fees.

Assuming your rebate rate is 60% and your Level 1 Agent rebate rate is also 60%, you receive no portion of B's fees (60 minus 60). You can only receive 60% of the commission generated by Agent A.

3. If Agent B invites Agent C using their invitation code, you cannot receive any commission from Agent C's transactions, regardless of whether Agent B has activated sub-agent status. Commission rebates are limited to two levels.

Commission is generated only when your downline incurs “real” transaction fees. If your downline uses bonus funds for trading, no real fees are generated, so you cannot receive commissions.

Additionally, if your downline's account is suspended for any reason, you will not receive commissions. Commissions are tied to the account functionality.
